Approved Online Gambling Licences in Switzerland

We are moving towards an era in which online gambling activity is being more controlled and most Countries are regulating their respective markets to offer more protection to their citizens as well as applying tax. Everyone wants a piece of the cake if they can have it. We’ve seen Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Romania,UK, Sweden and now Switzerland. Several land based casinos have now obtained the gambling licence to operate online. These Swiss landbased casinos are: Grand Casino Baden, Casino Davos, Grand Casino Luzern and Casino Zürichsee. The reform of online gambling has been put in effect on the 1st of January 2019. Brands who wants to operate in the Swiss market, will have to apply through the Maltese Gaming Authority.
