Founded in 2010, PariPlay develops online video slots and instant win games such as keno, scratch cards and bingo games. The games are developed for play on PC’s, mobiles and tablets. PariPlay’s game prtfolio house over 100 quality games including well-known titles like BloodShot, Sharknado, Mystic Force and Wild Cherry. In addition, Pariplay also offers a great online gambling platform on which it aggregates games from several games providers.
PariPlay is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, MGA, Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN), New Jersey DGE and the Gibraltar Gaming Commission which enables them to offer their products in most online gambling markets.
Pariplay was acquired by Aspire Global a publically listed company on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm, Sweden, Pariplay has offices in Malta, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Israel and India. The acquisition was finalised on the 28th of June 2019, for €13.1 million and is now 100% owned by Aspire Global.
